AI Analysis
Plant health assessments are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. SproutAI is not a substitute for professional horticultural advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of plant identification or health assessments.
User Content
Photos you take within the app are transmitted to a third-party AI service provider for plant identification and health analysis, and are stored in your SproutAI account so your history syncs across your devices. You retain ownership of your photos. By using the app you grant us permission to store and process your photos for the purpose of providing the service. See the Privacy Policy for the providers involved and how deletion works.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that misuse the service. You can delete your own account at any time from the app’s Settings screen, which erases your records and stored photos as described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
SproutAI is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any plant damage arising from following AI recommendations.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
